Why Sex Reassignment is not Forced Sterilization

Around the world, nation by nation, state by nation state,  provision has been made to  recognize and legitimize the change of anatomical sex undertaken by individuals with biological transsexualism.

The jury is no longer out on this condition: only ideological transgenderists and the tunnel visioned WPATH behaviorist psycho-therapists will still deny that which T/S folk have been telling the world for years.  That the conflict they experience is caused by the incongruity between their neuro-biological sex and their anatomical sex.  Resolution for this maddening situation is to create congruence by reshaping the anatomical sex so that brain and body can function with some kind of unity.

Almost twelve months ago TFF went off-line.  It might have stayed that way were it not for this latest desperate throw of the transgender dice. So obsessed are these people (TG's) with trying to attain the same legal status as transsexual folk whilst still retaining their reproductive function, that they have started claiming that the only remedy transsexuals have to relieve their biologically conflicted state, namely sex reassignment surgery, is actually state imposed sterilization!

The psychiatrist in charge of the South African military project, Dr Aubrey Levine moved to Canada when apartheid crumbled.  He was arrested in Calgary and charged with sex offenses in 2010.

In Western liberal democracies there is the example of pediatric gender assignments - the non consensual cosmetic genital surgeries performed on intersex babies in attempt to foster an identity that matches the surgically constructed genitalia. Those procedures are state sanctioned and undoubtedly imposed.

Nothing remotely like that is forced upon TG's.

The procedures undertaken by transsexuals are wholly consensual and anybody who argues they are examples of state enforced sterilization demonstrates how little comprehension they have of the T/S experience.

The real problem for Transgenders is that they don't actually  want to change their sex, they just want to pretend they have.  They make that choice freely, of their own volition.  But then they demand a change of documentation as if they had been through the same process as post-op transsexuals and scream enforced sterilization when they can't get what they want.

The forced sterilization argument as advanced by transgenders totally undermines their own claims that the two conditions are the same!  Nothing could demonstrate more clearly just how far removed from each other transsexuals and transgenders really are!
